CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
(Accuracy & Truthfulness)
You are responsible for providing complete, accurate, and truthful information for your tax return.
This includes:
All income sources (W-2s, 1099s, self-employment, side income, etc.)
Correct personal information (name, SSN, DOB)
Dependent information that meets IRS eligibility rules
Accurate banking details (if applicable)
⚠️ Important Notice:
We do not verify income or create documents. We prepare tax returns based solely on the information and documents you submit.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
(Submission Timelines)
To begin and complete your tax return, all required documents must be uploaded through our secure system.
Required documents may include:
Government-issued photo ID
Social Security cards (you and dependents)
Income documents (W-2, 1099, Schedule C records)
Prior-year tax return (if applicable)
Additional documentation requested during review
📌 Document Deadline Policy:
Returns are processed only after ALL required documents are received
Missing or late documents may delay processing or filing
Incomplete submissions will pause your return
TIMELY RESPONSES
(Communication Expectations)
Timely communication is required to keep your return moving forward.
You agree to:
Respond to requests for clarification or missing documents within 48 hours
Monitor your email and client portal for updates
Complete verification steps when prompted
⏳ Failure to respond may result in:
Processing delays
Removal from priority filing
Your return being placed on hold until resolved
IDENTITY VERIFICATION REQUIREMENT
(IRS & Compliance)
To comply with IRS due-diligence and fraud prevention requirements, identity verification is mandatory.
This may include:
Photo ID upload
Knowledge-based authentication
Secure identity verification tools
🔒 No return will be prepared or filed without completed identity verification.

By submitting your intake and documents, you confirm that:
All information provided is accurate to the best of your knowledge
