Used Vehicle Giveaway Terms & Eligibility (2026 Tax Season)

The Used Vehicle Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by Helping
Individuals Maximize (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
Eligibility
- Open to individuals 18 years of age or older at the time of entry
- Open to legal residents of the United States
- Employees, independent contractors, officers, and immediate household members of Helping Individuals Maximize may be excluded from eligibility
- Void where prohibited by law
Promotional Period
- The promotional period runs during the 2026 tax season, ending prior to the drawing date.
- The drawing will take place on May 22, 2026.
Terms & Conditions
1. How to Receive Entries
Entries may be received in the following ways:
A. Client Entry
- Individuals who complete an eligible tax filing with Helping Individuals Maximize during the promotional period will receive one (1) entry into the Giveaway.
B. Referral Entry
- Clients and non-clients may receive additional entries by referring individuals who complete an eligible tax filing with Helping Individuals Maximize!
- Referral entries are awarded only after the referred individual’s tax return is fully completed, accepted and funded.
- Referrals must be verifiable and submitted in accordance with Company procedures.
2. Definition of an Eligible Tax Filing
An “eligible tax filing” is defined as:
- A completed and accepted tax return prepared through Helping Individuals
Maximize - All required client documentation provided
- All applicable preparation fees paid in full
- The return prepared and submitted in compliance with all IRS rules and regulations
- Incomplete, withdrawn, rejected, or unfiled returns do not qualify.
3. No Purchase, Refund, or Outcome Guarantee
- Entry into the Giveaway is not based on refund amount, tax liability, or tax
strategy. - Filing a tax return does not guarantee winning the Giveaway.
- No guarantees are made regarding refunds, credits, or financial outcomes.
4. Entry Limits & Disqualification
- Helping Individuals Maximize reserves the right to limit the number of entries per individual.
- Duplicate, fraudulent, misleading, or unverifiable entries may be disqualified at the Company’s sole discretion.
- Any attempt to manipulate or abuse the entry process may result in disqualification.
5. Prize Details
- One (1) winner will be selected at random.
- The prize consists of one used vehicle, provided as-is, with no warranties
expressed or implied. - Vehicle make, model, mileage, and condition may vary and will be disclosed to the selected winner prior to transfer.
6. Winner Selection & Notification
- The winner will be selected via random drawing on May 22, 2026.
- The winner will be contacted using the information provided during filing or
referral submission. - If the selected winner does not respond within a reasonable timeframe, an
alternate winner may be selected.
7. Taxes, Title, & Transfer Costs
- The winner is solely responsible for any applicable:
Federal, state, or local taxes
Title transfer fees
Registration fees
Insurance costs
- Helping Individuals Maximize is not responsible for ongoing costs or maintenance after transfer.
8. Publicity Release
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow Helping Individuals Maximize to use their name, likeness, and/or announcement of winning for promotional purposes, unless prohibited by law.
9. General Conditions
- Helping Individuals Maximize reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Giveaway if circumstances arise beyond its control.
- Participation constitutes full agreement to these Terms & Eligibility.
- The Giveaway is void where prohibited by law.
10. Privacy
- Participant information will be used solely for tax services, referral verification, and Giveaway administration.
- Information will not be sold or shared with third parties except as required for
business or legal purposes.
